Pick a layout, press Start
Choose a saved layout for Pallet A or B, confirm the pallet and start. The screen shows progress, layers, cycle rate and time remaining for each pallet.
Draw any pallet layout
Enter the box and pallet size, then place the boxes on the screen. Mirror and rotate layers, add slip sheets between layers and save the layout for the next shift.
Checked in 3D before it runs
Every layout is validated on a 3D model of your cell before it can run. You see box count, layers, stack height and the estimated time per pallet.
Picks several boxes at once
Where the product allows, the gripper picks two or more boxes in one cycle. The software plans the grip and the placement: more boxes per minute from the same robot.
Two pallets, many products
Pallet A and Pallet B run independently, each with its own layout. Change a full pallet on one side while the robot keeps stacking on the other.
Simulate first, then run
Run any layout on the virtual cell in Simulation mode. Train new operators and try new products without moving the robot.

Move the cups, the robot adapts. Reposition the suction cups on StackGrip Flex, tell STACKBOT where they are, and SmartGrip centres the load, adjusts the gripper orientation and checks the holding force. No robot reprogramming.
